His Eminence, Sheikh Aql of the Druze monotheistic faith, Sheikh Naeem Hasan hoped that the government that was formed after a long wait and suffering of the Lebanese people, would take the initiative to pay immediate attention to the life and livelihood priorities that burden people's lives, and to begin its national tasks in order to gain the confidence of citizens, not just the confidence of the Parliament for the sake of bringing back hope to the possibility of stopping the collapse and preparing for the start of treatments for all the crises that afflict the country.
In a statement, Sheikh Hasan stressed the need for the new government to work in a spirit of cooperation and teamwork, and not to drown into any rivalries, and to focus on stopping the economic decline and controlling the evasion that occurred in more than one vital sector, and to initiate basic reform steps, and to address the electricity and fuel crises, as well as medicines, food, and other issues that are of direct concern to the people. Only by doing so, a shift would be achieved at the level of the difficulties that the current situation has reached due to lack of will and due to mismanagement. His Eminence wished the government success in the great tasks that await it, all for the interest of the public and for the purpose of achieving the unifying national interest.
