The office of Sheikh Al-Aql and the Sectarian Council of the Druze monotheistic faith (Tawhid) expressed their condolences to the families of the victims who died in the tragic accident in Akkar last night, and wished a quick recovery to all the injured, and called for an immediate investigation to reveal the truth behind this catastrophe, which is added to the major crises that the Lebanese have suffered from, and to refer those involved and any violators to the judiciary for the sake of achieving justice.
The office of His Eminence and the Sectarian Council confirmed that this incident calls for direct and immediate action by those concerned in the state to stop the scourge of smuggling, which drained the wealth of the Lebanese and squandered basic materials that should have contributed to supporting their livelihood, which have reached today after the Akkar incident the extent of loss of life of human souls.
