His Eminence, Sheikh Aql of the Druze monotheistic faith (Tawhid), Sheikh Naeem Hasan, received a security delegation in the community house - Beirut, which included the commander of the embassies security service unit, Brigadier General Mousa Karneeb, the commander of the public administrations regiment, Colonel Engineer Wissam Abu Hadeer, and the commander of the first departments’ platoon, Major Abdel Salam Al-Hajjar. During the meeting, a number of general issues and topics were reviewed.
It was an occasion in which Sheikh al-Aql noted "during the great responsibilities that are being placed on the shoulders of the security forces in light of the current difficult circumstances that Lebanon is going through, which mobilized the entire country, and the Lebanese army, like other security forces, continued to be protected and empowered with the unity of all the Lebanese around it.
His Eminence also received a delegation from the "Bkerke Group 2020", headed by Mr. Philip Al-Hajj, and including Mr. Jean Bathani, Mr. Philip Akl, Mr. Muhammad Rashidi, and Mrs. Nuhad Jamal. The general situation in Lebanon was discussed, and the delegation announced "support for Bkerke's position for the sake of preserving Lebanon and neutralize it from the region's conflicts."
