His Eminence, Sheikh Al-Aql, Sheikh Naeem Hasan for a delegation from Al-Liwaa newspaper: The parties responsible for running the country shall exit the obstruction tunnel

On the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, His Eminence Sheikh Aql of the Druze monotheistic faith (Tawhid), Sheikh Naeem Hasan received at the Community House in Beirut a delegation from Al-Liwaa newspaper, which included Editor-in-Chief Salah Salam, Dr. Hussein Saad and Mr. Haitham Zuaiter; the meeting included a discussion about the general situation.
It was an occasion in which His Eminence stressed, "the importance of having the parties responsible for running the country to leave the obstruction tunnel that destroyed all sectors of the state, the economy, and the livelihood of its people." He referred to "the suffocating crisis experienced by the overwhelming majority of the Lebanese in their standards of living, which has decreased to a frightening rate below the poverty line."
On the eve of their Anniversary, Sheikh Hassan sent a greeting of "appreciation and a call to continue the struggle for the sake of achieving their right to a decent life, and he called on the people in power to proceed immediately in forming the government in this bitter reality which the Lebanese people are living in."
Then His Eminence received the delegation of the association “Together for Lebanon" headed by Ali Fakhreddine, who presented to His Eminence the activities and work of the association.
