The office of Sheik Al-Aql offers its sincere condolences and graceful regrets to the late imam, the scholar Muhammad Hasan al-Amin

The office of Sheikh Al-Aql and the Confessional Council of the Druze monotheistic faith (tawhid) issued the following statement:
The owner of the virtue, the Imam and Allama, the Intellectual amd the Literary, Mr. Muhammad Hassan Al-Amin is missed and remembered as a man of thought, knowledge and literature. He built all of this from the early river of the springs of assets, drawing from his mental elevation and broad horizons. This is how he knew language, grammar, jurisprudence, and aspects of heritage in the confines of Jabal Amel, then in the noble Najaf, and always a relic of knowledge in the circles that knew him as a man of awareness and tolerance.
He carried knowledge with solid morals. The ideas that collided in his books, and in his forums and positions did not push him beyond the limits of human dignity. As if the justice that he practiced in the corridors of the courts as a judge has become his character in life, and further in the culture of a decent life with high values that must prevail over all the slopes of controversy.
As we express to his family, his people, the people of his country and homeland, the feelings of participation and consolation, and our awareness that his absence in these circumstances is an enlightening personal loss on the high national level, as well as the high Islamic level. We present them all with sincere condolences and graceful regrets. ﴾We are for God and to Him we shall return﴿.
