Speech of His Eminence, Sheikh Al-Aql, Sheikh Naeem Hasan, on the occasion of the anniversary of Isra and Mi'raj 2021

On the occasion of the anniversary of the Isra and Mi'raj, His Eminence Sheikh Aql of the Druze monotheistic faith (Tawhid), Sheikh Naeem Hasan, made the following statement:
It is worth contemplating this blessed day after the Night of Isra and Mi'raj and the meanings of the power of God, the Most High, the Almighty, and His Merciful Will that enabled His Messenger (PBUH) to ascend and arise to what has no way except by obedience and submission. In all cases, it is the divine reference to the spiritual horizon that is not limited by worldly matters, but rather is unable to visualize its close relationship with the earthly sensible and its deaf substance. The soul, when delegated, is taken out of the prison of worldly relationships that go beyond the threshold of necessity and moral essence, until it becomes worthy of freedom in its sublime sense. It becomes at that time befitting its human vitality, in which alone exists the substance of the earth. And without that, it is the alienation of the most distressed in the darkness of selfishness and its passions. It is alienation by the destruction of the country, the oppression of the servants, and the total lack of conscience, as a result of blind insights.
In the memory of Isra and Mi'raj lies the life of hearts when they feel the power of their righteous, and when the temperament of the soul softens in recognition of the mercy of God and the purposes of His message, including its tribute to the human meaning and its potential for realization that yields the meaning of civilization in its benevolent dimensions.
We ask God Almighty with the right of this blessing to inspire us to all good, and to save the afflicted people any darkness of the oppressors, for He is the Strong and Mighty.
