His Eminence Sheikh Al-Aql, Sheikh Naeem Hasan met the Islamic Action Front and Brigadier General Al-Hassan

His Eminence Sheikh Aql of the Druze monotheistic faith (Tawhid), Sheikh Naeem Hasan received in the Community House - Beirut today a delegation from the Islamic Action Front, which included the Front's General Coordinator Sheikh Zuhair Al-Juaid, Sheikh Sharif Toutio and Sheikh Walid Alameh. General spiritual and national issues and topics were reviewed.
After the meeting, Sheikh Al-Juaid stressed the importance of the meeting with His Eminence Sheikh Al-Aql, who "we have full appreciation and love for the generous qualities of what represents a community keen on the country and its unity, and the speech issued from this house is a model which we desire for everyone to get out of the current crises. He pointed to great challenges, including confronting normalization, as we emphasized standing by the Palestinian people, their cause and sacred matters, and we refused to insult the Prophet (PBUH) of mercy. In this context, we commend the statement of Islamic spiritual references in Lebanon, and the position of the Sheikh of Al-Azhar.”
He also stressed "national and Islamic unity at home and not slipping into any discord caused by some convulsive speeches, national unity despite all difficulties, and the officials' standing by the Lebanese people, especially in light of the Corona crisis."
Sheikh Al-Aql also received the acting head of the embassies security apparatus, Brigadier General Rami Al-Hassan, and discussed with his Eminence a number of general topics.
