Terrorist operations targeting safe and innocent citizens continued in Paris and Nice in France and Vienna in Austria, which raises big question marks about the identity of the instigator and the planner, and about the real reasons behind these condemned operations, which every sane person rejects and disapproves of, regardless of his religion, gender, or color.
Criminals' allegations that they commit these brutal crimes in the name of religion contradict with the concept of religion altogether, which makes the perpetrators and the instigators of these crimes enemies of the religion they claim to defend. In their criminal behavior, in their attacks on innocent people and on places of worship, and in terrorizing the innocent, they commit the most horrific, ugliest and most condemnable and convicted crimes, which represent the crime of stirring sedition and corruption on earth.
While we strongly condemn these criminal acts, and demand that the criminals and killers be brought to justice and punished with the harshest punishment, we warn against falling into the trap of the major crime they commit, which is the crime of linking intentional murder with religion. The French law passed in 1905 on secularization decided to separate religion from the state and did not decide to abolish religions or believe in them.
Islam is the religion of peace, and peace is one of the most beautiful names of God, and man is honored in Islam for his humanity, and attacking him is equivalent to an attack on all of humanity.
And Islam, which considers all people as one family with its plurality and differences, affirms a fundamental truth, which is that the difference between people exists and continues forever with a wise divine will, and that the call to acquaintance with which Islam announces is a call to respect difference and respect the dignity of a person who is different or alike.
As we strongly condemn the crimes that have claimed innocent lives and our brothers in humanity, strongly condemn any attempt to link these bloody crimes with Islam, and they demand the disclosure of the identity of the instigators, financiers and criminal actors who wreak corruption on the earth while they believe that they are doing good. Religion is innocent from them.
We approach the innocent victims' families and their friendly countries with the highest feelings of sympathy and the most sincere sympathy, hoping that the punishment of the criminals will bring a new life to the universal human fraternity.
