His Eminence the Sheikh Akl of the Druze Unitarian Community the Sheikh Naim Hassan made congratulation phone calls at the occasion of the Holy Easter Feast to the President of the Republic the General Michel Sleiman, his Beatitude the Maronite Patriarch Saint Beshara Boutros El Rahi, his Beatitude the Patriarch of the Greek Orthodox Youhanna X Yaziji, his Beatitude the Patriarch of the Greek Melkite Catholics Gregory III Laham and the Army Commander the General Jean Kahwaji.
His Eminence hoped that Lebanon enjoys a long period of security, stability and civil peace that will be fortified by the union of all the Lebanese around the State’s constitutional and security institutions, calling the political forces to go for the presidential mission according to what is imposed to them by the national obligation in order to prevent the gap from taking place in the Presidential position and create a consensual atmosphere anchoring the positive positions that gave birth to the government.
In another context, his Eminence the Sheikh received the Lebanese emigrant Me. Ghassan Saab and discussed with him the Druze Diaspora’s conditions in the USA.
