His Eminence the Sheikh Akl of the Druze Unitarian Community the Sheikh Naim Hassan made congratulations phone calls at the occasions of Christmas and New Year to the Maronite Patriarch Saint Beshara Boutros Rahi, the Patriarch of the Greek Orthodox Youhanna Yaziji X and the Army Commander General Jean Kahwaji.
His Eminence the Sheikh hoped that “the new year carries all the good tidings of charity, peace and stability to Lebanon and the region and fills the Lebanese people’s hearts with tranquility, hope and better future, hoping it also gets to unity, dialogue and understanding to solve all the controversial files”, wishing that “all the aspects of support would be provided to the military institutions, and which enable it to accomplish all the heavy tasks it is charged with at these serious circumstances”.
