His Eminence the Sheikh Akl the Sheikh Naim Hassan received congratulation phone calls at the Holy Adha Feast from political and religious figures and he made congratulation phone calls to the Mufti of the Republic and the Vice-President of the Supreme Islamic Shiite Council, on October 17, 2013

His Eminence the Sheikh Akl of the Druze Unitarian Community the Sheikh Naim Hassan received a phone call from the President of the Republic the General Michel Suleiman congratulating him at the occasion of the Holy Adha Feast. It was also an opportunity to discuss the general situation and the most recent incidents in the country. The Sheikh wished the President Suleiman “the best of luck in his continuous attempts to protect the country’s stability”.

His Eminence also received congratulation phone calls from the Prime Minister of the provisional government Najib Mikati, the Prime Minister delegated for the government constitution Tammam Salam, the Head of the “Future block” Fouad El Sanioura, the Head of the “Change and Reform Block” the General Michel Aoun, the Maronite Patriarch the Cardinal Saint Beshara Boutros Rahi and the Head of the Supreme Council of the Evangelical Confession in Syria and Lebanon the Priest Salim Sahyoun.

He also made some congratulation phone calls to a number of deputies and to: the Head of the Supreme Jurisdiction Council the Judge Jean Fahed, the Army Commander the General Jean Kahwaji, the Head of Staff the Major General Walid Selman, the Intelligence Director the Brigadier General Edmond Fadel and the Judicial Police Leader the Brigadier General Naji El Masri as well as many figures in Lebanon and abroad. Hassan also received at his House in Bounia delegations from different Lebanese regions congratulating him at the Feast.

Furthermore, his Eminence the Sheikh Akl the Sheikh Naim Hassan made two congratulation phone calls at the Feast to the Mufti of the Lebanese Republic the Sheikh Mohamad Rashid Kabbani and to the Vice-president of the Supreme Islamic Shiite Council the Sheikh Abdel Amir Kabalan.
