His Eminence the Sheikh Akl of the Druze Unitarian Community the Sheikh Naim Hassan condemned in a declaration “the two explosions of Tripoli in their timing, place and purpose in the Capital of the North, and that led to a large number of victims”, considering that this is nothing but a complement to a dangerous series aiming at the agitation of the nation’s stability and dragging it into the fire of fights and dissensions”.

His Eminence asked “all the political leaders and heads of the State to reset the path of the political life, knowing that the criminal perpetrators made no distinction between the Southern Suburb and Tripoli and will not differentiate between one Lebanese region and another”, warning about the risk of neglecting the preservation of the nation’s stability, emphasizing “the support of the military institution and security forces that will never refrain from revealing the perpetrators and transferring them to judicial authorities”.

His Eminence addressed his condolences to “the victims’ families”, wishing the injured a quick recovery and asking God His Almighty to protect all the Lebanese and Lebanon as well”.
