His Eminence the Sheikh Akl of the Druze Unitarian Community the Sheikh Naim Hassan received a phone call from his Excellency the President of the Republic the General Michel Suleiman, congratulating him at the beginning of the Holy month of Ramadan. His Eminence certified through the phone call “the guarantying role of the President of the Republic”.
His Eminence also made two phone calls to his Eminence the Mufti of the Republic the Sheikh Dr. Mohamad Rashid Kabbani and the Vice-President of the Supreme Shiite Islamic Council his Eminence the Imam Sheikh Abdul Amir Kabalan, congratulating them at the beginning of the Holy month and hoping the fasting days would be an occasion for the Muslims and the Lebanese to be aware of the risks surrounding our country”, hoping that the reason and wisdom languages reign”.
