His Eminence the Sheikh Akl of the Druze Unitarian Community the Sheikh Naim Hassan received at the House of the Community in Beirut the Minister of Social Affairs Me. Wael Abou Faour and they discussed the general situation.
Then the Sheikh Hassan received the General Secretary of “Al Imam Al Hakim” Institution Mr. Ali Al Hakim accompanied by the journalist Kassem Kassir, in presence of the Consultant of the Sheikhdom Akl for the cultural affairs, the Sheikh Daniel Abdul Khalek and discussed with him the general situation and the Islamic issues. The Sheikh Hassan emphasized the importance of preserving the communication in order to immunize the Islamic nation facing all the division attempts.
Following the meeting, Mr. Al Hakim declared: “We had the honor to visit his Eminence the Sheikh Naim Hassan and we discussed during the meeting the cooperation that might constitute the good future between Najaf and the brothers in Lebanon regarding the scientific and religious affairs as well as the previous and current experience of Najaf. We have invited his Eminence to visit Najaf”. As an answer to his question about the Muslims union, he added: “We do not see any Islamic division to discuss the Islamic union. Muslims are all united in one body”.
