His Eminence the Sheikh Akl of the Druze Unitarian Community the Sheikh Naim Hassan strongly condemned the terrorist bomb that killed the former minister Mohamad Chatah and a number of citizens, addressing his warm condolences to the martyrs’ families and wishing the injured and wounded immediate recovery.
His Eminence the Sheikh certified that this horrible bomb clearly indicates the growing of dissension between the Lebanese people and the spread of fights and divisions, calling for a united stand that gathers all the country’s categories in face of the perpetrators of its security by the cessions of all the parties to reach common points. Politicians should also manage, with no exception, to agree upon the national principles to protect civil peace as well as the constitutional and legal institutions, so that the country avoids the bad acts that are being prepared against it before it is too late, and that this leads to the complete coordination of all the security forces and bodies in order to prevent the security slip.
