We are visiting our brothers to express our concern, and what hit the Southern Suburb and Tripoli has hit us all as well. We address our condolences to the victims’ parents and we ask God His Almighty to heal the wounds of the injured. We also seize this opportunity to certify that humans are brothers, hoping that the incidents that took place would be a chance to get back to convergence and dialogue as well as the support of institutions.

His Eminence added: “The constitution of the national union government has become a vital necessity. Moreover, the support of the President of the Republic, the initiative to dialogue and the support of the army and the interior security forces have all become essential and required. We cannot abstain from dialogue and from the reason of wise people. Our leaders shall enjoy wisdom and call for dialogue. We reiterate our condolences to the two honorable Muslim Sunnite and Shiite confessions, asking God His Almighty to guide our leaders toward the truth and help us adopt it”.
