His Eminence the Sheikh Akl of the Druze Unitarian Community the Sheikh Naim Hassan made a phone call to the Maronite Patriarch the Cardinal Saint Beshara Boutros Rahi through which they discussed the general situation in Lebanon and the region. “They agreed upon the necessity of preserving Lebanese family’s union in all its components and keeping Lebanon away from the conflicts that threaten the occurrence of dissension in it. They also emphasized the continuance of serious efforts to bring back the dialogue language between all the political forces in order to consolidate the country’s security, safety and stability as well as its institutions”.
