His Eminence the Sheikh Akl of the Druze Unitarian Community the Sheikh Naim Hassan emphasized the discussions that are being held, some of which are far away from the reasonable logic regarding the electoral law file, calling all the political forces to consider this matter as a high national interest, not based on auctions and personal electoral interests.
His Eminence emphasized during his reception for a number of public figures in the Jabal region, the necessity of coming up with a consensual electoral law that preserves the Lebanese society’s elements, in conformity with the Constitution’s texts and the national agreement document.
His Eminence also received at the House of the Druze Unitarian Community in Verdun – Beirut the Chargé d’affaires of Venezuela in Lebanon Me. Houssam El Aissami and they discussed the general situation.
