His Eminence the Sheikh Akl the Sheikh Naim Hassan had previously certified that the Druze Unitarian Community lost today a spiritual reference and a gracious loving father whose history was marked by right opinions and wide wisdom and whose life was adorned by modesty, adoration and devoutness to Allah.
He is the man of virtue and generosity with that the Almighty granted him of piety, wisdom, honor and faith. He is known for his abstention from positions and materialistic affairs, for being far above suspicions and for sticking to the Unitarian values and principles. He is firm on the path of virtue, reform and good guidance. He enjoys good judgment, wide wisdom, forgiveness, good-heartedness and patience. He realizes the sense of responsibility in hard times and discerns at the same time between the obligations of reality and the heart innocence. He is gracious with his brothers and family, thoughtful, reasonable and strong like a mountain without deviating from what his faith and sincerity impose to him, faithful to the promise as his speeches and actions showed.
He has surrounded this country with his affection, care, charity, harmony, continuous visits and good relations. He left in our hearts, soul and country the most agreeable effect and the best memories.
As we ask his Almighty to embrace our beloved deceased the Sheikh El Hejri with His abundant piety and keep him at His heaven, we strongly hope that He inspires the sons of the Community and the Syrian people with patience and consolation.
