His Eminence the Sheikh Akl of the Druze Unitarian Community the Sheikh Naim Hassan pointed out during his reception for the delegation representing the “Committee of support to the resistance in Palestine" at the House of the Community in Verdun, “his support for the case of Palestine and Jerusalem and the union of the Palestinian people in front of the conspiracies as well as the defense of their rights”. Abou Wissam Mahfouz also declared in the name of the delegation that “the visit aims to address a Lebanese - Arab - Palestinian call that certifies the refusal of Jerusalem’s Judaism, and to invite the Sheikh Hassan to attend the meeting of “the declaration of Jerusalem as the capital of Palestine, the Arabs and the Moslems”, and which will be held on the 4th of next March to certify the Arab and Islamic identity of Jerusalem”.
