His Eminence the Sheikh Akl of the Druze Unitarian Community the Sheikh Naim Hassan condemned “the explosion that took place the day before yesterday at the Syrian capital Damascus”, calling for “the necessity of being vigilant toward these condemned acts and their targets in any way and whoever were the perpetrators”.

He warned in a declaration yesterday about “the expansion of chaos, tensions and dissensions”, calling “all the concerned persons on the Arab territory, in particular in Syria, to reinforce the national and Islamic union and reject the origins of fanaticism, division and crimes, achieve reforms, spread democracy, solve the current Syrian crisis in a way that heals injuries, go beyond the acts that rage the country and restore safety and stability”.

His Eminence condemned “the series of the terrorist explosions that are hitting Iraq”, calling the Iraqi directions “to go beyond their conflicts and go ahead after the withdrawal of the US forces in the operation of building the right State on adequate basis”.
