His Eminence the Sheikh Akl of the Druze Unitarian Community the Sheikh Naim Hassan received at the House of the Druze Community in Verdun – Beirut, the Minister of Refugees Affairs Alaeddine Terro accompanied by the general manager of the Ministry Ahmad Mahmoud and the general manager of the central fund for refugees Fadi Aramouni, in presence of the secretary of the fund at the Confessional Council Farouk El Jurdi, and they discussed the general situation.
After the meeting, Terro said: “We congratulated his Eminence the Sheikh Akl and we informed him about the working plan of the Ministry of Refugees and the fund of refugees concerning the achievement of evacuations as well as renovations, urbanization and reconciliation of Abey Ain Drafil that is on the good path. The houses will be delivered soon to the people returning to it, and this reconciliation will be one of the most important because the suffering was severe to all the inhabitants of Chahar, of all confessions and political views. We hope that we move from this reconciliation toward Brih, Kfarselwan and Jiwar El Hoz to put an end for the wounds of reconciliations and not to let anyone out of his house or his land”.
