His Eminence the Sheikh Akl of the Druze Unitarian Community Sheikh Naim Hassan congratulated “the Lebanese people in general and the Christians in particular at the occasion of Easter feast, hoping that this feast offers an opportunity of convergence on the values of charity, peace and tolerance, and a lesson extracted from the real meaning of this occasion with hope and expectation for a better future.”
For this end, his Eminence made his congratulatory phone calls to the President of Republic the General Michel Suleiman, the Maronite Patriarch Saint Bechara Boutros Rahi, the Patriarch of Armenians Aram Kichichian I, the Patriarch of the Greek Melkites Grégoire Laham III and the Metropolitan of Beirut and its subsidiaries for the Greek Orthodox, bishop Elias Audi, to convey his greetings to the Patriarch of Antioch and the rest of the East for Greek Orthodox Saint Ignatuis IV Hazim.
