He said: “We give the hand of charity and association for the good of all the Lebanese people and for the Jabal in particular. We strive to achieve and consecrate the historical reconciliation that was conducted by the two great men, his Beatitude Patriarch Saint Nasrallah Boutros Sfeir and Walid Beik Joumblat. We also certify that the Jabal and Lebanon would not be saved unless by saving unity between the Lebanese people. Rahi answered by confirming in the name of Sfeir and “our whole sacred council that we will follow the same way, according to the national principles and values we have all agreed upon during this long historical phase and all through the way leading to reconciliation in order to pursue this long mission with more cooperation and coordination for the good of Lebanon and its people.
