His Eminence the Sheikh Akl of Druze Unitarian Community El Sheikh Naim Hassan received in the Druze community house in Verdun a delegation from the committee of return to Brih including Father Sami Chalhoub, the mayor Elias Chahine as well as the important personalities of the town, the inhabitants and the members of the committee. The delegation discussed with His Eminence the issue of the return to the town and the steps that are taking place in order to achieve the return and close this file. The delegation informed as well His Eminence of the Protocol lately signed in Beiteddine Castle in this concern sponsored by the President of the Republic General Michel Sleiman and the president of the Democratic Party, the deputy Walid Joumblatt. His Eminence insisted before the delegation on the importance of the cohabitation and he blessed the reconciliations that took place and that started since the visit of the Patriarch Nasrallah Boutros Sfeir, the last of which was the specific protocol of Brih Shouf town as well as the reconciliations of the towns of Benye, Abaye, Ain Drafil in West Chehar affirming that the value of Lebanon is its diversity, hoping that these reconciliations will be followed by developmental plans proving the return and preventing the rural migration end emigration.
