His Eminence the Sheikh of Druze Monotheist Confession, El Sheikh Naim Hassan expressed his solidarity with the tragic suffers of the Palestinian People especially in Jerusalem which is victim of all kinds of Israeli crimes against the whole humanity as well as against the Arab identity, addressing to the Arab, Islamic and Christian World in a position saving Jerusalem, El Aksa Mosque and Christian sacred matters from the claws of Zionist occupation, Judaization and settlement, supporting and assisting the Palestinian people to stress on his fair cause and confirm its identity.

He added, while receiving in the Druze Confessional Siege in Verdun a delegation from Hamas Party in Lebanon presided by the political chief Ali Barake, “the Israeli exceeding practices and violations against Palestine require from all the Arab leaders and chiefs to raise the voice and seize the rights, and that the Arab summit which will be held, take the decisions that shall protect Jerusalem as a responsibility at the charge of the nation, to achieve the Palestinian reconciliation, establish the independent state, the refugees rights as well as the frontiers according to the International Legal Decisions”.

From his side the Hamas leader pointed out after the meeting to discuss “the situation in occupied Palestine in the shadow of the persistence of Jerusalem Judaization policy and building settlements in it and in the West Bank, of the Zionist military aggravation in an attempt to runaway from what is happening and to cover the crimes in the Bank. It was an opportunity to inform His Eminence of the situation in general and about the efforts of the Palestinian reconciliation. We informed him also of the Arab efforts spread in order that the two causes of Jerusalem and the reconciliation will be on the schedule of the Arab Summit, from which we require decisions maintaining the Arabism of Jerusalem and saving the Islamic and Christian sacred matters in Palestine, to lift the siege executed against Gaza and achieve the reconciliation because we think that whoever is unable to achieve this reconciliation and lift the siege is unable to liberate Jerusalem and protect the sacred matters. We exposed to his eminence the sheikh the Palestinian situation in Lebanon and we asked him to intervene in order to confirm the civil and human rights of the refugees based on the attachment to return right and refusing the settlement. We notified him of the retardation in the construction process in Naher El Bared and in the procedures taken by the Ministry of Interior towards the social and human associations. We also asked him to intervene to stop these procedures in a destroyed camp that needs the help of the government and the UNRWA to relieve the suffers of the inhabitants and not decisions that constrict the living of the refugees, knowing that the situation in the camps is steady and  stable and we are spreading efforts in order to prevent security incidents because we consider the security of the institutions is the security of Lebanon, and the Palestinians are attached to the return right and adhered to the civil peace.
