His Eminence the Sheikh of Druze Monotheist Confession, El Sheikh Naim Hassan received in the House of Druze confession in Verdun the Prime Minister El Sheikh Saadeddine Hariri in the framework of his congratulation round among the spiritual leaders, accompanied with the member of the Democratic Assembly the Deputy Marwan Hamadeh, his office manager Nader Hariri, in the presence of the Druze Confessional Judge El Sheikh Ghandi Makarem. After the meeting the President Hariri declared, “I liked to visit His Eminence the Sheikh to congratulate him in the occasion of the Hegira year, Ashoura and the Holy feasts, to confirm that this country is the country of the common and one living between all the Lebanese regardless of their confessions and rites, celebrating the feasts together. This is the atmosphere in which we want the country to continue. I also informed His Eminence of the movements and visits that I did, and if it pleases God it will be good and blessed to everybody.”
Concerning the effective translation of good intentions issued from both sides after visiting Syria, he said: “I think among the positive matters is that we started a new relation and we opened a new page, we are seeking forward so we will perform many procedures with the Syrian State for the benefit of both peoples and countries, concentrating on frankness and common interests between the two countries and the two peoples through the institutions as the President Bachar El Assad said.”
Do you expect that Syrian State will be opened to more meetings with other Lebanese Political Leaderships? He said: “If it pleases to God, my opinion about this subject is that there is no doubt that it will be treated by the two states, but also they will be opened to everybody.”
 From his side His Eminence the Sheikh confirmed “All the Lebanese seek with a great hope so that El Sheikh Saad Hariri will be Prime Minister in order to consolidate the national unity and common living, to take care of the citizen living files and causes”, wishing him success invoking the good prophets asking Almighty God to firm his steps and help him to achieve the set hopes.
