The constitutional council dismissed the reconsideration submitted to him on June 09, 2006 contesting the law of organizing the affairs of the Druze confession published in the gazette on June 12, 2006, “because of the termination of the legal delay, and because the previous constitutional council body did not take a decision concerning the reconsideration which lead to consider the contested law as set because of this reality, according to the last paragraph of the article twenty one of the law number 250/93 and the article thirty of the Internal Regulation Law, as it is mentioned in the text of the constitutional council report number 4 dated July 08, 2009 signed by the president and the members of the constitutional council, of which the competent authorities were duly notified.
