In the name of God Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Praise be to God, lord of the mankind, peace and blessings be on Muhammad the Master of Messengers, His Family and His Companions until the Day of Judgment

The state of Islam was raised on the essentials of goodness, right path and guidance, while the Prophet, prayers and peace be upon him, arrived to Yathrib, expounded to the order of God, sensing what the believers have suffered from the abuse and oppression of aggressors, believing in a soon release. Those who are {the first forerunners [in the faith] among the Muhajireen and the Ansar and those who followed them with good conduct} [Al Tawbah: 100] were the first blessed nucleus that fruited a middle nation blessed by God the Almighty to the faithful when he said {And thus we have made you a just community that you will be witnesses over the people and the Messenger will be a witness over you} [Al Baqarah: 143].

And the nation as it spins out of time each year to stand at the doorstep of entering a new year, looking today at the mirror its painful reality as the Nations collapse on them from every horizon, in which the wedges of division and hatred knock in their communities, the voices of its wise men get lost in the bushing sedition, people are tortured in the fire of the wars of major interests, and the word of truth is about to dissipate in the darkness a modern ignorance era when the equitable concept of the prophetic message is confused with its opposite of suspicious use falsely wearing religious clothing.

In this great occasion, we can only gather and shelter with each other, in particular everyone who stands in the position of responsibility, to the truer upgraded which realizes the human meaning in one's self and in his community a way to the advancement of the nation from its calamities. It is the only way for the reform of the countries and the only way to overcome the disaster is to purify the hearts by faith.  

Our firm belief in these principles urges us to invite the parties of dialogue in Lebanon to avoid the worst and the most dangerous by reaching recommendations that lead to fruitful solutions to the major issues in front of them the first one is related to the convening of the Parliament to elect the President of the Republic as an access to resolve the integral pending cases, in particular the ones related to the citizens’ life and sorrows which is are the minimum rights in their country. The suffering has certain limits if aggravated the anger of people will no longer be suppressed. In this case, the only way to treat it is by the initiative to understand its causes and motives, and respond quickly with all the responsibility to reach effective solutions. The disruption is the tragic way to declare the political bankruptcy which will not miss any one from its disastrous consequences.

We salute our military, which is nowadays the protective shield who makes everything possible in these complex circumstances, and we repeat that the most important means of support is the activation of government action leading to the return of life to all the constitutional democratic mechanisms.

We ask God Almighty in this glorious occasion, to protect our nation’s people in bleeding countries, to bless those who are seeking to find political solutions that inject the cherished blood and return to homelands and their people the grace of stability and peace.

What is happening in Palestine now is a major argument for all of us. We all see the Palestinian young men and women of future generations knowing the direction of the struggle defending the most honorable right in Jerusalem and Palestine. We see them with their fists, courage, sacrifice and dedication reminding everyone that the area of conflict with the nation’s enemy is there over the blessed land. We ask God Almighty, in the sake of who sent down the Holy Book, to support them, strengthen their opponents, weaken the hearts of their enemies and pull every grievance away from them.  God is near; He responds to the call of him who calls, He is The Ever-Forbearing and the Most Noble.
