In the Name of God the Most Gracious the Most Merciful

Praise be to God Lord of Mankind, Prayers and Peace be upon the Master of Messengers, His Family and His Companions

God Almighty says in the Holy Qur'an in Surah Al-Fajr (The Dawn): {By the dawn* And by ten nights}, which all the interpreters confirm that it is the first ten days of al-Adha, God swear to it emphasizing its importance and the blessings for undertaking it seeking to see Gods’ face. Then he forthwith said: {Indeed, your Lord is in observation}, observing the secrets of creations, knowing what hide the hearts and permitting the slaves what they do. If the humans are just with themselves, they will find the conscious concept in this versus of which they will be enlightened and strengthened with a power that overcome the viciousness, the distraction and the arrogance of the world, so he gets pleasure of getting close to the creator of heaven and earth, there is no God but He.

Muslims make the pilgrimage at the Sacred House in response to the command of Allah Almighty, and in order to achieve the supreme purpose, which is in its meaning-term a rise above the worldly concerns up toward the purpose of their existence, and a mark of the supreme community where the believer realizes that what literally makes him human is to choose the ideal behavior, morality, altruism and tenderness rather than the injustice, and the self-knowledge of the right keeping away from falling in the slopes of passion, greed and corruption.

Dear Brothers,

God Almighty said: {their meat will not reach God, nor will their blood, but what reaches Him is piety from you}, thus piety is the fear of God and his obedience, and his obedience is a human need that will develop the sincere monotheistic believer from the bondage of the worldly desires into a real emancipation that raise him to a substantial commitment to goodness, justice, compassion and altruism and tender values. We have to embody these advantages in our behaviors, works and hearts by knowing and practicing them, to acquit ourselves, maintain the sincerity as God the Almighty wanted. We have to be healed from the discords, divisions and individual conflicts. In fact, God grants the divine blessing on people who are “on thrones facing each other”, which means that they face each other with a sincere tender face. Hence, with this trait and spirit we become considered deserving the Eid.

Our belief is biased on the fact that human is disposed by nature for the goodness for the Almighty said: {so direct your face toward the religion, inclining to truth. [Adhere to] the fitrah of Allah upon which He has created [all] people. No change should there be in the creation of Allah} [Al-Rum: 30]. We are certain that the civilizations are accruing to the destruction, the societies are falling off in the eras of decadence and neglect as much as their distance, negligence and contradictory to the high human values ​​which were written down in every civilization marked by history.

We in Lebanon suffer a lot. We look forward regretful when we see our differences exacerbating, our ranks dispersing, the national structures that we hardly established since the era of independence are just so close to collapse. Not mentioning the nations, which flags were raised above a harmonized social entity, rupturing apart under major threatens with no horizon. The basic issue which we should always put in mind is that the sterile interactions between the various political forces have disrupted the role of the governmental institutions years ago.

Dear Lebanese,

The nations cannot be raised without constitutional institutions. From this point, we reiterate our support for the government of the President Salam and its role in this delicate stage with all the support of the leadership of the army and security institutions for their efforts and sacrifices, and we demand separating the security issues from political affairs.

Today, the image of Lebanon, inside and abroad, lacks of a president who leads the country, represent its constitution and maintain it. We call therefore to elect a consensual president of the Republic.

Furthermore, Lebanon suffers from the absence of a management of its constitutional institutions at each maturity, and the dialogue remains the sole solution to resolving the complex problems and crucial issues.

The image of Lebanon lacks health security, since our sons are facing a crisis of pollution and diseases, noting that the tension happening against the health of each citizen and individual are dangerous.

We are all invited to undertake each from his side a workshop to save the country and resolve the concerns of the people and their issues. We can understand the demands for a decent life .... But then?

Dear Lebanese,

A country that deserves to stay unified, associative and powerful cannot be built upon a map puzzled with communal interests. We have always warned of the consequences of complacency and disregard with the spirit of treaty which should be maintained in order to have a strong effect in our democratic regulation. We continue to warn, saying that the return to that spirit is, honestly and sincerely, capable to find exits to the solutions.

Without forgetting to mention the torment of the prisoners.
 

We ask God the Almighty to reveal with the blessings of Eid al-Adha the sorrow for our nation, which collapsed from every horizon, and to bless its populations with His kindness and mercy, to dispel the evils of adversities that affect Syria, Iraq, Yemen and Libya, not to forgetting Palestine and its oppressed people that have been slapped by the fire of the nations over a century until day, mentioning its increasing tragedy and the suffer of Al-Aqsa Mosque and the rest of the holy places that are exposed to the worst kinds of attacks. We ask God to strengthen the hearts of future generations with faith His Merciful Just because they are the light of hope that will keep raising the banner of right until the Day of Judgment. Finally, we ask God to bless and bring back our country and nation safe and well, He is the Hearing and the Respondent.
