The precious ceremony

This land witnesses today a renewed chapter from the chapters of its ancient noble history. This is the common land in which our ancestors gathered with their determinations whenever their duty pushes them to response against all sinful. They have also streamed in it whenever they wanted to override their unified word to be a wise decision. Here in this land, stood once the martyr Kamal Jumblatt and inaugurated the common edifice with a word that all of us must remember since it forms an intellectual and cultural beacon of great connotations.

Al Irfan, which was established by great leaders and Sheikhs for important purposes, performed a wise, rational and creative management with an immense and superb role.  It was a scientific edifice superior to all others through the period of war and division. It was a moral guidepost in the era of collapse and deterioration. The institute has formed a group of kindness activists who built better relations with other institutions and figures in the country and elsewhere. It was a place for religious circle which was the first to perform a huge number of educational lessons and educational books maintaining sincerely on the roots of confession and its fundamental relation with the Book of Allah the Almighty, with the Islam religion and the Ibrahimi heritage. I mention this to attest on his gratitude which can’t be denied.

Today, Al Irfan exists and keeps its flag raised. The flag of renaissance and noble origin by the blessing of the Sheikhs, the flag of thought and reform, which rose with a glowing vision embodied by a riding leadership connected with the praise of God and thanks to him to the respectable and noble Taimour Bek Jumblatt. From this land with all its historical memory, the era of greeting men for men, asking God Almighty to protect him, to achieve his path and to help him with all that which is good for the noble tribe, for the grand national family and for the nation of Islam for our ancestors have offered their sacrifices and their bright ideas.

With the confessional council and you, we aspire for the future. Unfortunately, the concern is the feature that prints our reality, the concern about the motherland. The prolonged neglect in meeting the demands of people and resolving their problems, their concerns, their issues and their aspirations have entered the country at some point in a dark horizon. In fact, despite that expressing the opinion to change the existing situation is a legitimate right, entering the countries in chaos is rejected, and the government always stays as the last constitutional fortress in a period of disruption and bid. Moreover, the Lebanese army remains patient steading fast and making every effort along with the security forces in order to protect the union of Lebanon and defend the security of its people of all classes without distinction. And the election of a President of the Republic remains of consensual entrance to operate the democratic mechanisms that has paralyzed extended parliament.

As we are used to, Al Irfan continues in graduating generations who believe in building the country and the human value. These values ​​alone help in establishing a future free of concern and adorned with hope. We pray that God bless us with consciousness and wisdom to overcome the current difficulties for the good of our country, our people and our nation.

We ask God to guide our steps to the straight path, to opens the doors of decent life before our rising generations that now represent the blossoms of the future, to help us to what pleases him, and to take our hands to be able to serve our people with sincerity and affection, God is the Hearer and Respondent.

Al Irfan will have always in our heart gratitude and peace, mercy and blessings of God.
