In the Name of God the Most Gracious the Most Merciful

Praise be to God Lord of Mankind, Prayers and Peace be upon the Master of Messengers, His Family and His Companions

His Almighty said in His Noble Book: {Just as We have sent among you a messenger from yourselves reciting to you Our verses and purifying you and teaching you the Book and wisdom and teaching you that which  you did not know} (Al-Baqarah 151).  Nothing is nobler than reciting the verses of light that purify the spirit with their significance and intention from all what separate her from the grace of guidance and the noble human verification, save it from delusion and seduction and teach it what Allah His Almighty wants for her of goodness and blessings that shine His Heart and satisfy Him, for He will be prepared to perform the greatest message that he taught to the Prophet peace be upon him what people did not know! It is majestic that the Prophet holds the prayers and peace upon him as a trust that splits darkness and enters in the hearts of believers the grains of life, knowledge and guidance. The poet had the right to say:

 The guidance was born so creatures are a shining light

and time is a smile and praise

 The spirit and the chiefs’ angels are around it                        

bringing good tiding for life and religion

How beautiful is this significant meeting for the Birth of the Prophet wherein shined a {soul from Him} (An-Nisa’ 171) and a light of guidance to spread goodness and divine mercy in the hearts of all creatures. These are supreme meanings by which we are most worthy to recognize the human values that God wanted to human beings to be promoted from the sway in the needs of the body created {from clay like pottery} (Ar-Rahman 14) to the stairs of the high spirit that able the person to find out the right path to please Allah and the purposes of His magnificent wisdom the only place for goodness and the facts of life.

Did Muslims really perform the message of the Prophet that calls for cordiality and hearts union?

In such commemoration in 1981, Their Eminence the late Sheikh Hassan Khaled, the late Sheikh Mohamad Mahdi Shamseddine and the late Sheikh Mohamad Abou Shakra were gathered. One of the statements that pronounced the Sheikh Akl at that time was the following: “In the hight of the Quran was organized the Muslims’ laws and their affairs in the regions of the earth … Truth has come and falsehood has departed.”

The prophet (peace be upon him) supported at first the family heads of the good companions. They confronted atheism with a number of Unitarians, they conquered, overwhelmed kingdoms, opened the cities and ended up with pride and dignity.

Today, Muslims reach hundred of millions person and their human and corporal energy is countless. Nonetheless they are oppressed and threatened, their wealth and land are despoiled and their sanctities are humiliated, why? Because they have changed.

What shall I say today?

My brothers in country, the Islamic and the whole world

Among the darkened trial that is ruining our region, and whilst we sympathize and stand by each unjustly treated regardless his faith, we find our place in each good gesture that seek to demonstrate the bright side of Islam, and its real essence residing behind the concepts of rightness, justice, tolerance and human civilized participation. We see in many of the positions of senior officials in our Islamic world as well as in many conferences that have a universal dimension expressing the right significations of these noble concepts, we see the place that express our hope with Islam and our aspirations that aim at achieving the higher interest of our nation.

However, since this anniversary constitutes a commemoration for goodness, devoutness to God and supplicating Him, we ask God His Almighty to grant the Lebanese authorities and officials the faith and conviction in taking the path of dialogue, to reject the divisions that are pointless, to present a different sample in working for the benefit of the country without taking into consideration the narrow factional benefits and to coronate such path by electing a president who returns the dignity and the organization of the constitutional life into the countries. Until this point, we look at our army and we see it as a salvation in the country. They are worth our support, assistance, appreciation, and call upon fulfilling and providing them with everything that could protect them and provide them with the elements of strength, deterrence and resistance and our high appreciation to what they offer from sacrifices and efforts in the fulfillment of their vows.

We must salute the Prime Ministry the President Tammam Salam to his efforts and the ministers in undertaking the government duties wishing a happy conclusion to the kidnapped militaries’ file. We also highly appreciate the efforts of the President Nabih Berri for sponsoring the Islamic Dialogue.

Because Allah is the One and Only, we address the congratulation to our Christians brothers on Christmas asking them to be attached to their countries, in our Arab and Islamic region, considering that all what afflict them afflict us. God be with us in facing the transgressors and tyrants whoever and wherever they are, He is over all things Omnipotent.

We ask God to strengthen our hearts with rightness, to reinforce our faith with truth and belief and to relieve our parents in each spot lacking safety, for Allah hears and knows all things.
