His Eminence the Sheikh Akl of the Druze Unitarian Community the Sheikh Naim Hassan regretted the continuance of the blindness of some Lebanese Forces toward the seriousness of the current situation in the country in the light of the exploding crises in the neighbor countries, emphasizing the historical responsibility borne by all the parties to perform what is required in order to save the country from the slip toward the dissension witnessed by the Lebanese army and security forces on the nation’s land and on its borders, asserting the necessity of supporting the national army in face of the confrontation it is going through in Tripoli today where its inhabitants are keen on the preservation of civil peace and they have become tired of the absurd fights that still slip into them from time to time.

His Eminence addressed his cordial condolences to the Army Leadership, to the parents of the military victims and to the innocent civilians that passed away. He also reiterated his call to the Lebanese leaderships to act according to the seriousness of the situation and save the country from the bottom of the crisis toward a new stage of stability so that it would not be pushed by the malicious hands, the Israeli enemy at first, toward the destructive abyss.
