Praise be to God Lord of Mankind, Prayers and Peace be upon the Master of Messengers, His Family and His Companions

The Muslims wanted the arrival of the Prophet to Yathreb – Peace and Prayer of Allah be upon him – to be the start of the Islamic history in a developing country that has changed the whole land. The immigrants used to adopt a blessed path that carries them from the oppression and darkness of polytheism toward the justice and lights of Unitarianism, also from a society governed by humans’ instincts and tribal fanaticism toward a society ordered by the book of light, ordering the good and forbidding the bad. It was a passage from the division, divergence, resistance conflicts legislation, invasion, fights and domination to the desires of one group unified by a legislation based on justice, harmony, solidarity, mercy and human values that are meant to raise the humans up to the grace of the constructive civilized existence that prepares the rights and virtues for people in a way that suits their existence granted by God His Almighty as He said: {And indeed we have honoured the children of Adam and we have carried them on land and sea, and have provided them with Al-Tayyibat, and have preferred them above many of those whom we have created with a marked preferment} (Al-Isra’ 70).

The entry of the city has symbolized the entry of the humanitarian community into the spaces of the divine mercy that calls upon people {Help you one another in Al-Birr and Al-Taqwa}. Piety is goodness, sincerity and obedience, and one of the qualifications of His Almighty is that He is pious, which means He is merciful and gracious. In fact, when the Islam unites the believers in one nation, the union represents all these significances and all that it is similar to it of the noble spirit to which the noble Koran was given to constitute the light, the Imam and the enlightening book.

As we celebrate at this Great day after more than one thousand four hundred years of ten years, we stand between the arms of God His Almighty as if we were in front of the mirror of His orders and prohibitions. Whoever was the one ordering us today in the states of dissensions and divisions, we have to yield to the truth, adhere to His tolerance, supplicate to Him, invocate to Him by the intercession of His messenger and sincerely attempt to gain His acceptance to pardon our sins and guide us to the right way so that we would all gather on the paths of obedience. This is what we ask for at this commemoration.

Considering the responsibilities and obligations that are binding us, we have to call for the inspiration of justice to all those in the government positions and public responsibilities so that they strive to achieve it to acquit them toward their people and country. The time has come in Lebanon to repel the risks known by all and take the necessary steps that are meant to manage the reign appropriately. Sirs, this is the least faith, and this is the least obligation we should assume to perform the role for which people’s representatives were elected. The region’s maps are being shaken and nobody knows how things will end up. However, this does not mean at all that we should ignore the way to keep our country united, consolidated in its coexistence and democratic regime that solely preserves the rights of all its components. If the circumstances required exceptional necessary steps such as extension, this should be done based on the initiative for the election of a President capable of performing his role in the accurate management of the government’s affairs according to the Constitution. The first and last purpose consists in protecting the State and its entire existence, and there is no need to mention that the huge crises that are hitting our country in the fields of legislation, economy, administration and security as well as the failure in performing the elections in the light of a law that preserves Lebanon’s entity, regardless of the different crises resulting from the interactions of the regional condition within our country, require that we all reconsider the previous contests and then take the steps that fortify the interior situation and provides the government with the necessary scope of fruitful work that is the only meant to enhance the trust, stimulate the intentions and unify the political position through the support of the security forces and the powerful backing of the sacrifices and heavy duties performed by our national army and that history will keep in the records of heroism, honor and loyalty, since it is the only armor for the protection of the nation and the Lebanese.

The government should pursue its serious attempts to release the kidnapped militaries in the barrens of Ersal and provide all the required sacrifices for this purpose.

The dangerous situation in the region requires that the Islamic rank be united more than any other time and that all the sons of the Islamic confessions unite with solidarity and cohesion in face of all the risks.

We hope that this year carries the hope and ease to our people and nation, asking God His Almighty to assist all those adhering to the best of what the Islam has provided to the humanitarian civilization of high ethical values and noble reasonable concepts that were always its shining true face.
