In the Name of God the Most Gracious the Most Merciful

Praise be to God Lord of Mankind, Prayers and Peace be upon the Master of Messengers, His Family and His Companions

The example of entering into the spaces of the Holy Ramadan month is the example of entering into the light circle so that human observes the state he will be witnessing when leaving this ephemeral life. The grace which annunciations are manifested at this holy month is, as God his Almighty wanted it to be, {a guidance to those who are Al-Muttaqun}. The one who sees in his insight the word of truth realizes that the benedictions of this majestic grace is not felt by those who do not nourish their hearts and souls with penitence; and the one who lets the light come into his heart, feels happy with the incoming of this month with all its significances and purposes.

We have to go back to the original significance at this occasion that flows with benedictions. His Almighty said: {Verily, the most honorable of you with Allah is that who has At-Taqwa} (Al Hujurat 13). His Almighty also said: {O you who believe! Keep your duty to Allah and fear Him, and speak the truth. He will direct you to do righteous good deeds} (Al-Ahzab 70-71). The Messenger of God – Prayer and Peace of Allah be upon him – has shown this side of the Koran when he said: “Fear God and do not underestimate people, do not damage the land with viciousness…No preference for an Arab citizen on a foreigner unless by God’s devotion… Do not come to me with your family, but with your achievements…the Muslims are brothers, they do not betray, cheat nor offend each others”, what happens is that – God forbid – we are getting away from this truth to which we do not provide the proof of our loyalty through our acts, honest obedience, sincere paths, good use of our feelings and our motivation to the good acts like the thirsty is eager to water’s purity. Islam is not an individual salvation path by the isolation from the group, but it lights up the human so that he becomes helping to his parents, a good example to his society and an effective moral strength in his nation. Otherwise, this would be considered as disobedience and bad luck.

The Holy month appears while the Islamic field is witnessing horrible bloody scenes and overloading the emotions. It is even manifesting in its truth as a tragic calamity. How bad are the policies that have led us to what we have reached! This is the reason why we seize this opportunity to recall the noble values that the Islam has shown in its truth. We are looking forward to the upcoming days of the month {in which was revealed the Quran, a guidance for mankind and clear proofs for the guidance and the criterion} (Al-Baqarah 185), we perceive these days as one of the penitence doors and one of the gardens  of the Most Merciful that we resort to, asking God his Almighty to open the path of guidance wide before the devastators, eradicate the tyranny and monopolization desire from the authoritarians’ hearts and inspire the thoughtless with justice and compassion defining the divine grace which light has shined by the divine message.

We look forward to the benedictions of the Fasting month with a passion to the deep truth of Fasting, which starts with the abstention from eating and drinking at specific times, but its completion could not be achieved but by the Fasting of the feelings from the vices and sins, the Fasting of the hearts from badness and malice, the Fasting of the intentions from betrayal and ambiguity and the Fasting of the mind and ideas from the desire of badness and predominance. We are looking forward as Muslims who are aspiring for victory by God’s satisfaction and by His messenger’s intercession, without the entire material world and the embellishments of its falseness. This is the message of Ramadan that every faithful believer and we shall understand as well.

However, we should express the worries mixed with the sorrow feelings for the vacant position of the presidency of the republic.

We also feel worried about the security condition that is witnessing the return of explosions; but the achievements of the security bodies especially in the last days raise the hope of the State’s capacity to face and pursue the security devastators. This also asserts what we always call for stating that the State is the only party that is able to protect the nation and its citizens.

We address to all the leaders and we speak to their mind, conscience and love for their nation so that they hasten to agree upon the revival of the constitutional institutions, starting with the election of a new president of the republic and the reactivation of the legislative functions. We wish the government that is bound by heavy responsibilities in politics, economy, security and development, a blessed agreement on their plan of action.

Lord! Make our steps to the light in the middle of all the darkness. Lord! Return this Holy month to our nation free from any dissension. Lord! Return it to our nation and people that will be shining under the title of justice and forgiveness. Lord! We resort to you with every harm and we ask you to protect us from all the badness. We recourse to you as one in need of Your mercy. Forgive our sins and bless us with Your pardon, You are the most Gracious and Merciful.
