In the Name of God the Most Gracious the Most Merciful

Praise and Thanks be to God Lord of Mankind, Prayers and Peace be upon the Master of Messengers, His Family and His Companions

In the morning of this blessed day, an occasion that unites us under the wings of its benediction, mercy and grace, it is an obligation for us to stand with hope in the significance of the ten days that have passed and in the pilgrimage where God His Almighty said: {Hunafa’ Lillah not associating partners} (Al-Hajj 31).

My respectable brothers,

Let us nourish our hearts with the truths of significances of this blessed occasion in every moment and imitate the noble significances contained in the realities of these noble days from this Great period to the Greatest House of God from which the statues were destroyed. The significance of Unitarianism that is only true by good obedience has remained. Pilgrimage is a divine matter by referring to the House of God, surrendering to His monotheism, abiding by His request and obeying to the path He wanted for us. The will of God His Almighty is clear and shining, so that believers follow Him rightly and surrender to Him, seeking the truth with honesty and striving on the right path with no twists. So, when we say: “Have a blessed Feast”, its blessing resides in the sincere path and the good we offer to our brother in religion and humanity as well. This Unitarianism requires a sincere heart as a path for the human’s doctrine of essential nature, and consequently needs a collection of noble purposes and demands. Then what would be the value of feeling the truth when the soul is distracted with its caprices and victorious for its interests whatever were the means to accomplish them. No, we do not need neither the material interests nor the tight fanaticisms nor the personal plans, all we need is to sacrifice our greediness and caprices in order to reach the mirror of honesty preserved in a clear book.

My brothers, the call is here anytime to adopt the virtue as a path in life on the basis of abiding by orders and avoiding prohibitions. All what human possesses is nothing but the significances he has sought to realize through his hidden and apparent actions. One should always keep in mind that the most sincere humans for God His Almighty are the most pious ones.

For this reason, one of the greatest and noblest matters would be that human quenches his thirst from the sources of mercy in a way that revives his heart and illuminates his soul, extracting from them all that teaches him the rules of belief and attitude, as well as the obligations of ethics, so that he rises from the scales of knowledge towards what is meant to introduce him to the humanity’s purpose and the intention of its presence in the world. Nothing in this world is more precious and significant than reaching this noble purpose through which human’s dignity and honor are realized being the fruit of obedience and guidance.

The feast represents an occasion where people stand united seeking God’s satisfaction and mercy and asking the concerned persons for the nation’s security and safety. The country enjoys no security in the light of the high risks, and then where is sacrifice for the good and interest of community? Those who are occupying responsibility positions are busy with conflicts, divisions and categorical separations based on their interests, without forgetting the personal interests and selfish ambitions if not to say dependence on foreign relations. All these bad situations are made clear by an apparent proof which is the sterility affecting the core of the Constitutional institutions. Consequently, there is no Parliament, no united government, no legislative committees and no elections, but paralyzation, disputes and absence of civil, human and political responsibility. Is it by this horrible mess that we face serious crises, added to the disaster of fights that are happening over the crags of the abyss? Is it by these marginal procedures that we face the problem of the large flow into Lebanon and that brings up huge files affecting the Lebanese bottom starting from the humanitarian side and then security, demographic, economic and other sides? Is it by this administrative gap in the Public Finance Department, and by that I mean the long delay in the issuance of the State’s budget that organizes all of its financial affairs, that we solve the problem of continuous poverty in Lebanon, and which is pushing its citizens to stand for serious risks in contradiction to the legal methods to gain their breads of life in a stable country? There is no clear vision for the file of petrol and gas. We warn about this paralyzation that is hitting the State’s veins and we call for its reform before it reaches the summit of the responsibility’s pyramid and for the protection of the republic as well. We feel ashamed when we loudly reiterate the call for dialogue and communication above all in order to preserve even the lowest degrees of hope and being aware that the path towards the constructive dialogue is the only guarantee to regain that trust reminding us that the rise of our lost country is possible.

This is not the first time in Lebanon’s history that this beautiful oppressed country becomes the victim of the nations’ conflict that is larger than its humans’ total number with all its various categories. Furthermore, this is not the first time that national classes face the game based on the interests’ priority related to the countries in conflict. This makes us remember the lessons of history, the national principles and the necessity of sticking to the woods of salvation in the middle of this heavy sea that will cause harm to all as we can clearly see. In conclusion, everyone in any responsibility position should take the higher national interest in account in order to preserve the structure of diversity, multiplicity and convergence and that have made the sons of the same country live freely to the extent that the State has become one of the weakest parties. We regret that this is being said and this is true. We call for granting the trust to the State’s bodies and security and military institutions and supporting it in order to facilitate their heavy functions in preserving security, controlling the situation, solving the problems and ensuring civil peace without forgetting at any time the Southern borders where the permanent danger of the Israeli enemy reigns.

We ask God His Almighty to support the populations of Syria, Iraq and Palestine where fights, destruction, explosions and victims are taking place, and where the policy of colonization, Zionism and change of the Arab identity keep going on in the Palestinian territories that should be mentioned in the first rank. We also ask Him to embrace our nation in all its populations with goodness, tranquility and stability. We ask Him to repeat this feast for us far away from darkness, calamities and dissensions. We ask Him for the benedictions of this blessed feast and we supplicate Him to surround us with His grace and mercy, He who is the benefactor, the gracious and the most merciful.
