His Eminence the Sheikh Akl of the Druze Unitarian Community the Sheikh Naim Hassan emphasized the necessity of preventing some of the Lebanese from dragging the country to more tension and terror, especially after the suggested drafts concerning the electoral law, the most dangerous of which the draft of the so-called: “Orthodox Gathering” that, once approved, threatens the harmony of the Lebanese people and the existence of the Lebanese entity that we all accepted as a definitive nation.

During the presidency of the Sheikh Hassan for the session of the Confessional Council, he warned all the political forces about the risks and dangers from going too far in the bids logic, calling the President of the Parliament Nabih Berri not to hold an electoral session that does not enjoy the required national agreement in the absence of essential categories of the Lebanese components.
