His Eminence the Sheikh Akl of the Druze Unitarian Community the Sheikh Naim Hassan congratulated all Lebanese at the occasion of the Resistance and Liberation Day that represents the bravery and union of the Lebanese people as well as the sacrifices of its resistants and the Lebanese Army defending its land and sovereignty facing the Israeli tyrant enemy.

His Eminence wished that the occasion this year was celebrated in better circumstances in Lebanon, especially after the regrettable incidents it went through, starting from what took place at the North and in Beirut, then the condemned kidnapping of the Lebanese in Syria and the Lebanese victims in Iraq. All these incidents provoke troubles, but they should constitute at the same time a motive and a stimulator to all of us in order to strengthen our union, adopt the language of understanding between us and launch dialogue again to immunize the nation, protect its legitimate institutions and assemble around them, stop the dissension from slipping toward us and the chaos from spreading in the country and certify that the national union in the State of Justice, Law and Institutions is the one and only element that protects all.
