In the Name of Allah the most Gracious the Most Merciful

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds, peace and blessings of Allah upon the noblest of the Prophets and Messengers and who follows them with charity to the Holy day

{Let there arise out if you a group of people inviting to all that is good (Islam), enjoying Al-Maruf and forbidding Al-Munkar. And it is they who are the successful} (Al-Imran 104). The Noble Koran has repeated the expressions of the nation in many noble verses. It is the nation that was established to face the falseness of ignorance and tribes fanaticism when God his Almighty allowed His messenger to migrate from the house of polytheism to a house that the Noble Koran has put under the lee of its wisdom and the expansion of its lights that carried people from the darkness of the materialistic living to the space of the humanitarian identification of the significances of the noble Koran.

 It is an eternal occasion in the beginning of history, and which forces the believers, in order to revive it, to stand in front of the truth with humble and pure hearts, souls recognizing the grace of God his Almighty, wills consolidated by the passion to obedience and efforts to that requires the dignified intention.

Reviving the soul by the ethic virtues and the morals consisting in adopting the path of the honorable messengers as a good example, is in fact its Zakat and the reform that the Islam made as a fundamental introduction to the reform of society. In addition, politics, social life and public affairs in the Islam do not differ from the principles of the virtue in the luminous religious vision when it comes to ethics and values. Before the sword that is inevitable to face the falseness, the bad and the severe hostility, there was generosity, knowledge, good behavior, mercy, tenderness, fraternity and praised ethics that the book taught to its messenger and believers.

The main conflict is the victory of the human over himself by truth. This requires that we stress on this conflict and confirm it on this glorious occasion. We should dive into its true meaning to follow the path of the truth, be loyal to it and faithful to the promise of God his Almighty.

We cannot see the politics unless through these values and this noble soul. For this reason, we find it necessary to get back in Lebanon to the common space that we deem possible no matter if storms enrage and horizons darken, but we should search for this space as if it was an urgent need. We do not consider the loss of the State for its balance as a fatality in this difficult period that carries to us the highest risks. Our call for convergence, dialogue and support of the governing institutions and the path of the State, as well as the avoidance of the deviation toward useless irritations is firm. Within the complicated circumstances of the regional and international incidents, we should firmly stick to what is meant to teach us the principles of the lessons we have acquired all through our history burdened by miseries. Whatever were the positions we take to defend an opinion or another, we should be conscious of the importance of preserving the union of our country and its social texture, and understanding the facts that we cannot escape to admit; first, the Israeli enemy vigilantly watching our country and our nation, which requires to preserve the spirit of resistance and its immunization, and second, the urgent necessity of the factors of cohesion between the national components in spite of all the risks of falling in the abyss of division and chaos. This requires the support of the Lebanese army, not only as armed forces assuming the obligation of defending the earth and union of the country, but as a global institution constituting the essence of the strength and immunization for the solidarity of the State and people in all its categories.

In addition, the immunization of all the institutions of the State should guarantee the prevention of the risk of serious difficulties we are going through, including the way of dealing with the international situation with a considerable capacity and an enormous responsibility.

As we address our call to the leaders of the country to invite them to be vigilant in front of the consequences of the situation and to pursue the outstanding files in a way that achieves the national union and the justice and keeps us away from the fire of dissensions, we urge them to strive to avoid the isolation of any Lebanese category from the other. This requires that we get back to the spirit of the national pact "Al Taef", in all that it included of reforms which application was long awaited and constitutes the basis of elaboration of the modern contemporary laws, at their head the electoral law, before drowning it in a proportionality that we need to be the conclusion of the reforms path, not a way to isolate anyone in a country based on a unique pattern of multiplication.

We ask God his Almighty that the situation of our neighboring countries stabilizes, in a way that achieves the interests and aspirations of their populations toward a better future. We also ask Him to grant the leaders of Palestine all the success in their bound toward the State and freedom. We ask Him to preserve our countries and the populations of our nation by the dignity of this blessed evening and its noble significances, He who confides us happiness and luck.
