Praise to Allah Lord of the worlds, Peace and Blessings be upon the Master of Messengers and Last of Prophets, his family and followers until the Day of Judgment

Peace, Mercy and Blessings of God be upon you,

Blessed are the days of this blessed month, by the coming of a great divine grace which revived hearts and souls, and carried it out from the darkness of ignorance and tribal fanaticism to the expansion of knowledge and faith, the grace of revelation to the Messenger of God of blessed verses in a clear book “Whereby Allah guideth him who seeketh His good pleasure unto paths of peace. He bringeth them out of darkness unto light by His decree, and guideth them unto a straight path.” (The Table Spread 16).    

Blessed is this Ramadan evening by your coming to your House, the Unitarian Druze Confession Community during this national global meeting, incorporating the nobleness of the Unitarian political and spiritual leadership intention always seeking reunification and healing the breaks.

The Almighty God wanted by the obligation of fasting to push the humans to a path where the physical needs fallback and the organs are committed to the ethic of feeling the honest purpose of this religious obligation, so the heart will repose in the tranquility of obedience, and its thoughts will emerge in the wideness of spiritual lights, so the limit of the straight path shall be revealed to his reason, and by following it the Man shall be straight, knowing the truth and the justice, and the grace of differentiating them from injustice and oppression leading to a dispraised and confused situation. 

How we need to grasp to grasp “affirm hand-hold” to achieve the noble aim of the blessed month graces, so truth and nature won’t be mixed, and we won’t confuse justice and interest, or have the false impression that the foam flood is what is good to people, while it goes vain, while what remains on earth is the essence of good and hard work seeking the good and benefit of people.

From our side, we were and we still seek the effective institutions tree that solely can raise our society to the path of civilization. We aim with great hope to reach the season of good fruits harvest, and we believe that this will happen – with the success granted by God – through respecting more laws and regulations, as well as the organized team work idea.

Our conviction is deep-rooted, through decades of service under the vault of justice – that the responsibility is not tending to presidency or categorical interests but it is in the core of nation and community service in a way achieving higher values and sublime ideals, that working for them, will lead to rise in progress and glory.

We seek with patience, faith and restraining the spirit from distraction entrances through throwing proclamations in the games of others, to persist on the work position committed to the word unity, reunification, and proceed to minds and hearts harmony. For this reason our spirit rejects the dominance of fanaticism on reason, but we take patience, asking the Almighty God, the Lord of intentions and souls, to inspire us to the supreme interest of our society, homeland and nation and to prevent us from the temptations evils.

Our homeland, Lebanon, is going through delicate and sensitive political and security circumstances, requiring from all the political powers to be vigilant and attentive to prevent Lebanon from slipping again into conflicts and wars that only serve the Israeli enemy, and facilitate the execution of its old plans by inflaming the spirit of discord and internal fighting between Lebanese, in order to turn the attention away from its expansive and settlement projects as well as from its perseverance to judaise Jerusalem and expulse the Palestinians.

     We call during this holy month all the Lebanese political powers to bear their national responsibility and rise above the narrow, private and categorical accounts and raise the supreme national interest. We won’t achieve that except through honest will to prevent Lebanon from any perturbation it doesn’t need. The way to that is to carry on the internal dialogue under the Presidency of His Excellency the President of Republic, and continue the political and media calm allowing the government to work and produce in an atmosphere of trust.

     The report of the current government was clear concerning the confirmation of the immunity and strength of Lebanon based on the equivalence of the population, the army and the resistance which proved in Adaysse that it is the version that guarantees to protect and push dangers away from Lebanon, the Lebanese army remains the principal guarantor of civil peace and internal stability.

     We also seek that governing executive and legislative institutions head for issuing laws and decisions to solve the pending issues in all fields and the political debate must not impede the process of construction and stability.

     However what happened lately, the index of quick and bitter slipping to fight in Beirut quarters has to launch a great sense of responsibility, and an explicit submission to what the human conscience dictates, to go then hand in hand to fortify the legal institutions so they will be able to bear the burdens of confronting the risks, the social crisis and the factors of internal weakness that threaten the national unity.

     We call all the Lebanese after expensive prices they paid with their blood, souls and their life crops to be careful on their civil peace, to love their nation, dedicative to defend its freedom and dignity, conscious of its distinction as a global historical shelter to all communities, to adhere to the charter of their common living, to be united in solidarity in the core of troubles, to be in harmony with their brothers in Arabism and humanity, in order to be able to cross with their global state to the shores of stability, immunity and civilized interaction.

      We ask God to whom be ascribed all perfection and majesty to save us the blessing of this holy month, and to fix in the heart of the Lebanese from all confessions, the unity that joins them around the Ramadan tables with a spirit of sharing, rapprochement and national unity feelings. We also ask God to whom be ascribed all perfection and majesty to protect Lebanon and its people, and to guide the steps of its Leader towards immunity, security and permanent prosperity. We ask God to whom be ascribed all perfection and majesty as well to make the right prevail over aggressors and oppressors in occupied Palestine and everywhere, and to bless our nation in this festivity, and make its people celebrate it with goods and blessings, He the Hearer Respondent. May you always be fine.
