In the Name of God the most Gracious the most Merciful

Praise be to God, prayer and peace be upon the master of messengers, the Last Prophet, his family and his companions. 

Among the creator wisdom to make people partners for the better and for the worse, and their relationships based on the rules of respect, collaboration, support, participation and exchanging services and benefits. As well their lives are giving and taking, taking and paying debts, customs and traditions, resulting from values and concepts that determine the obligations, promote the social compassion and solidify the relationships ties.

Today, the General Directorate of the Confessional Council is going forward at the level of the administrative work activation which facilitates the execution of the plans of this establishment’s committees which we and His Excellency Mr. Walid Jumblatt wanted to be a unified foundation for all the community sons without distinction or discrimination. It develops our society and our tribe; it contributes in supporting the martyrs’ families and the particular social cases. Therefore, we meet with the foundation of Prince El Walid Ben Talal seeking God’s love. If God loves a servant, he will inspire him to do good things so he will know the highest meaning of humanity.  So what if this generosity becomes a life path, a firm act of faith, a solid program that determines by hard intelligent work the brightening outlines of nations construction methods and improves intimacy and friendship ties among all his sons and rising with the concept of giving above all categorical considerations or timely interests.

We are sending today a message of love and cooperation to the sons of the same Lebanese house that we do not want to be divided into houses. Nevertheless, we want from its inhabitants to keep their minds, hearts, and wills open to fix its pillars and to strengthen its architecture to be as solid as its cedars and mountains resistant by its unity to all the storms.

This occasion comes in a regional atmosphere dominated by the clouds before winter. All Lebanese are invited to strengthen the ties of intimacy, to adopt the language of dialogue and understanding, to consolidate positions and to take advantage from the Arab good turn that confirmed its support to Lebanon, its unity, its independence and the prevailing of peace on its lands.

We console the Lebanese Army and press for the fall of martyrs in their ranks. What happened in the near past affirms the necessity that the army, the people and the resistance should stand together in front of the Israeli occupation.
