In memory of liberation his Eminence the Sheikh of Druze Unitarian Confession, El Sheikh Naim Hassan made the following declaration:
We stop at the tenth memory of liberation on May 25, as a national and distinguished step where we remember with pride and glory how the national unity and the insistence of the resistance, the population and the Lebanese army lead to the withdrawal of Israeli aggression army from Lebanese territories, appreciating the championships of the resistance leaderships and members, as well as the blood of the martyrs, the big sacrifices of the citizens who borne the occupation and the aggression for many years, confirming that no matter how long oppression, injustice, and evil prevail, they will be overcome by right in case its people were attached to it, strive to obtain it and unified their word concerning it.
Congratulations to Lebanon and Lebanese to this historic achievement that we hope it will be completed by the liberation of the whole land and removal of the occupation repercussions, by the unified gathering around the state, and the confirmation of liberation meanings, with more understanding and capacity building of the state as well as the foundations of its withstanding and development. This is the responsibility of everyone without exception, and this is what we have to seek to achieve, each one from his political, religious or social position at the level of internal working as well as at the level of international relations followed seriously and with attentively by the State presidents and officials.
We ask the Almighty that the Lebanese and the whole nation will spend this glorious memory with perpetual victory, stability and progress.
