His Eminence the Sheikh Akl of the Druze Unitarian Community the Sheikh Naim Hassan at the occasion of the commemoration of Isra’ and Mi’raj has mentioned the following:

 The journey of Isra’ is considered as a divine will where the Prophet has traversed a walk from the Sacred Mosque to the Aqsa Mosque in preparation for Mi’raj, alerting people to the way of upgrading from the world of senses to the mundane world of heavenly Spirits. If Jibril, may glory be to him, came to Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, held him Al Barrak and accompanied him to the Sacred house, before ascending towards the heavens, the believer, with an insight enlightened by the book of Allah, will be guided by the power and according to what he has treasured of respectful meanings and true wisdom in order to transcend himself to the ascension of obedience in the path of the true religion.

However, the true meanings  of Isra’ and Mi'raj in this holy day, would remain in calling for humility and reverence in the presence of the divine power that may grant human beings for the truthiness of their belief and religion, for the sincerity and dedication in complaining noble qualities, good manners, and pure qualities. The main affair of sincerity in its noble purpose is to avoid the fall of human in the doom where he is controlled by the desires of injustice, rambunctious and obnoxious drift. In fact, as far as mankind is defeated by the same spirit of violating al-Share’, he may also be away from the lights of right as well as the path of the greatest Mi’raj. It is the longing to meet the face of God with a pure heart.

Finally, we feel the ability of God the Almighty and we ask him with a supplication, a prayer, a petition and forgiveness to inspire politicians in our country some more understanding and rapprochement to maintain the nation, its institutions and the livelihood in a unique and common community. We also ask him to overall the oppressed peoples with its wide kindness and mercy and to stop the sorrow of the vulnerable molest people. He is the Hearing, the Knowing.
