His Eminence Sheikh Akl Sheikh Naim Hassan Received a Delegation from the Municipality of Aamatour, its Cultural Gathering and Brigadier General Nabil Hanoun and a Delegation of Journeymen of the EDL

His Eminence the Sheikh Akl of the Druze Unitarian Community the Sheikh Naim Hassan received at the House of the Druze Unitarian Community in Verdun - Beirut a delegation from the Municipality of Aamatour and its cultural gathering presided by President of the Municipality, Walid Abou Chacra, in the presence of the Head of the Administrative Committee in the confessional council Mr. Rami Rayess. The delegation discussed with His Eminence the project to organize a festival on the commemorative of 25 years since the death of the late Sheikh Mohammad Abou Chacra.
Then, His Eminence received the head of the Office of Media in the Directorate of General Security, the Brigadier General Nabil Hanoun. His Eminence confirmed the importance of the role assigned to the General Security and the efforts of its General Director, General Major Abbas Ibrahim, at the national level and the complex files tracking them, in addition to what this institution is doing in maintaining security, stability and pursuing various tasks entrusted to it.
His Eminence also met a delegation of EDL journeymen where he emphasized to the delegation the importance that the State looks into their case from the public interest and the achievement of justice and dignity of life.
