His Eminence Sheikh Akl of the Druze Unitarian Community Sheikh Naim Hassan received at the Community House in Verdun-Beirut; The Minister of Environment Tareq Khatib who informed His Eminence about his plan concerning the ministry’s work. The meeting was an opportunity to discuss public affairs, where His Eminence emphasized the necessity of taking good care of a lot of issues regarding the Ministry of Environment that affect the health of citizens and their environment; starting from trash and all other.
Then, His Eminence the Sheikh, deputy of the President of the Druze House in Brazil received Mr. Haitham Masri accompanied by Dr. Talal Jaber, member of the Confessional council.
His Eminence received as well the media’s commissioner of the Progressive Socialist Party Rami Rayes where they have discussed the general developments.
His Eminence the Sheikh met as well the Coalition Youth Committee headed by Mr. Alhan Farhat who has informed His Eminence about the Committee's work.
