His Eminence Sheikh Akl the Sheikh Naim Hassan received Al-Rayess the delegate of MP Jumblat and met Ziad El-Khalil on September 7, 2016

His Eminence Sheikh Akl of the Druze Unitarian Community, the Sheikh Naim Hassan, has received at the Community House in Verdun - Beirut, the media spokesman at the Progressive Socialist Party Ramy Al-Rayess delegated by the Progressive Socialist Party chief MP Walid Jumblat where they have discussed the general situations. Al-Rayess has presented an invitation from MP Walid Jumblat to the sheikh in order to participate in the opening of the Prince Shakib Arslan Mosque in Moukhtara on the 18th of this month.
The meeting was an occasion for His Eminence to mention Jumblat’s wise and rational positions trying to protect Lebanon from all the dangers surrounding it, realizing as well the heaviness of the responsibility that falls exclusively at the expenses of the Lebanese people to prevent the collapse of their country in the shades of deadly conflicts neighboring it. His Eminence called all political leaders to comprehend this logical, rational and national speech before it’s too late.
In addition, His Eminence had received Mr. Ziad Anwar El-Khalil where they have discussed the whole situation. His Eminence thanked El-Khalil and his father, the MP Anwar El-Khalil, for their humanitarian work and their grants for the community service.
