His Eminence Sheikh Akl received Mr. Ali Hakim and Sheikh Ali Zeineddine and sent a dispatch to the French Ambassador condemning the terrorist incidents in France

His Eminence Sheikh Akl of the Druze Unitarian Community, the Sheikh Naim Hassan, has received at the Community house in Verdun- Beirut, the General Secretary of the institution of Imam Hakim Alama, Mr. Ali Hakim, in the presence of the Sheikhdom Consular, Ghassan Al Halabi, where they have discussed the overall developments and public issues stressing on the necessity of communicating and cooperating in all religious, educational and cultural approaches.
His Eminence has also received the Head of the Al Irfan Unitarian Association Sheikh Ali Zeineddine, with whom he has discussed other public issues.
His Eminence the Sheikh Naim Hassan has as well sent a dispatch to the French Ambassador Emanuel Bon, condemning “What France is passing through of terrorist incidents and specifically the attack on the church of “Saint Étiennes” and the murder of its priest Jacques Hamel.” He has also affirmed “the sanctity of innocent bloodshed and the sanctity of the Houses of God”, again emphasizing “the support of the Lebanese Government and Nation towards the French Government in order to confront terrorism and all disgraceful acts that aren’t related to Islam in any way.”
