His Eminence Sheikh Akl of the Druze Unitarian Community the Sheikh Naim Hassan received a delegation of the Arab International Forum for Justice for Palestine, headed by Mr. Maan Bashour in the presence of the Hamas representative in Lebanon, Ali Baraka, and members of the Forum, where Sheikh Hassan has stressed on the need to work at all the sites and forums for the cause of Palestine, which remains the mother case despite all the crises in the region, calling for a different approach to this issue and keeping the criminal practices of the Zionist enemy under the public opinion.

After the meeting Mr. Maan Bashour has declared:

“We are honored to meet with His Eminence as we gave him an invitation to attend the Second Arab Forum for Justice in Palestine, which will be held in Tunisia, and it is an occasion to stress on the need to close ranks and unite efforts in order to win Palestinian rights everywhere. However, we thank His Eminence for the positions taken by the Council of the Druze Unitarian Community concerning the issue of Palestine, we also mention that adhering to the Palestinian right is an irreversible choice as it is reflected on the situation in Lebanon. Therefore, the Zionist’s target is not only against Palestine but against Lebanon and all the Arab countries, as this target has started in Palestine in order to rip all the Arab nations.”
