His Eminence Sheikh Akl of the Druze Unitarian Community Sheikh Naim Hassan salutes in a statement, “The Lebanese army, which has proven its ability to face all challenges and threats, most recently in Ras Baalbek”, offering condolences for the martyr, soldier Mohammed Sabsabi, and hoping for the wounded citizens “speedy recovery.”

His Eminence stressed on “this delicate period that requires everyone to stand together in order to protect Lebanon”, calling for “political forces to uphold the voice of reason assuring the election of the President of the Republic on one hand and the government institutions to re-ensure political, economic and social stability and security on the other hand."
