His Eminence Sheikh Akl of the Druze Unitarian Community the Sheikh Naim Hassan received at the Community House in Verdun - Beirut, a delegation from the Committee of the Arab Islamic-Christian dialogue. The delegation included both, Prince Harith Shihab and Dr. Mohammad Sammak, who discussed with His Eminence the ongoing preparations for the Islamic-Christian Spiritual Summit that will be hold next month.

In this regard, His Eminence mentioned the need to work diligently at various levels to heal every crack on the national level, starting from the election of the President of the Republic,  then strengthening national cohesion, consolidating communication bridges and promoting positive atmosphere, as well as jumping over all the gaps remained due to some tense speeches, preventing all forms of incitement, and gathering around the sense of coexistence and state institutions especially in this fateful period in which the map of the region is redrawn. Therefore, this situation requires from all Lebanese to maintain their nation, their civil peace, their stability, their security and their survival.

In addition, His Eminence also received the businessman Sheikh Wajdi Abu Hamza where they have discussed several situations.
